    I have went to Kelly for the past 3 years and had nothing but good to say. But I received letter from the IRS saying there was an error made on my return. So I tried to contact her several times leaving messages on her personal phone number that she gave me. She finally got back with us and looked at the letter. Now it's been a months of silence from her. (This letter is time sensitive, 2 months to respond) I tried several times to call and text. Voice mail box is full. No reply to text. (And she does text) I guess I'm going to have to figure this one out on my own. I hate doing this but people need to know this up front.
